- 감정노동 종사자들을 위한 치료적 노래 만들기 랩 가사 내용분석 연구 : 청년 헤어 미용 종사자를 중심으로 -
본 연구는 랩 가사 만들기 음악치료 활동을 통해 청년 헤어 미용 종사자들의 감정노동 양상 과 내용을 심층적으로 알고자 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 20-30대 헤어 미용 종사자 6명으로 이 들은 연구자의 모집 공고를 보고 모인 집단이다. 랩 가사 만들기 작업은 50분씩 주 1회, 총 2 회기에 걸쳐 수정·보완된 McFerran의 작곡 과정에 따라 진행되었다. 완성된 청년 헤어 미용 종사자들의 랩 가사는 Braun과 Clarke의 주제 분석 과정에 따라 분석되었고, 분석 과정에서는 랩 가사의 외면적 의미와 맥락에서 오는 내면적 의미를 모두 포함시키기 위해서 Fiore의 내용 분석을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 5개의 주제와 15개의 코드가 도출되었다. 가장 높은 출현 빈도 수를 보인 주제와 코드는 ‘부정적인 감정’(31.1%)과 ‘지친 마음’(17.9%)으로 나타났고, 가장 낮 은 출현 빈도수를 보인 주제와 코드는 ‘긍정적인 감정’(4.7%)과 ‘희생하는 마음’(0.9%)으로 나타 났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 앞으로 이루어질 청년 헤어 미용 종사자들을 위한 심리적 지원과 가 사 내용분석 연구의 기초 자료가 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
A Content Analysis of Rap Lyrics from Songwriting with Emotional Employees - Focusing on the Young Hairstylists -
The purpose of this study was to find out how young hairstylists experience the emotional labor through writing rap lyrics as music therapy intervention. The subjects of this study were 6 hairstylists in their 20s and 30s, who voluntarily applied after seeing the recruitment announcement of the researchers. This program using McFerran’s composition process took place once a week, for 50 minutes by each session for twice in total. The young hairstylists’ rap lyrics were analyzed according to the theme analysis process. In the analysis process, Fiore’s deductive and inductive content analysis was used to include both the external meaning of the lyrics and the internal meaning from the context. As a result, 5 themes and 15 codes were derived. The themes and codes with the highest frequency of appearance were ‘negative emotion’(31.1%) and ‘exhausted heart’(17.9%). The themes and codes with the lowest frequency of appearance were ‘positive emotion’(4.7%) and ‘heart of sacrifice’(0.9%). These result suggest that it could be a basic data for the psychological support and the content analysis of lyrics for young hairstylists in the future.
