- 가족 노래만들기 활동이 입양가족의 가족응집력, 가족적응력, 부부 의사소통에 미치는 영향 -
본 연구는 가족이 함께 만드는 노래만들기 활동이 입양가족의 가족응집력, 가족적응력, 그리고 부부의사소통 향상에 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 입양아동이 있는 5 가족을 대상으로 진행된 노래만들기 활동은 총 8주 동안 주 1회 90분 동안 진행되었으며 가사토의, 악기연주 등 다양한 음악활동을 적용하면서 가족들이 함께 토의를 통해 가족만의 이야기를 가사와 멜로디로 만드는 활동으로 구성하였다. Olson(1983)에 의해 개발되고 수정 보완된 가족 응집력, 적응력 척도와 Power와 Hutchson(1979)의 부부의사소통 이해도 검사 와 Bienvenu(1970)의 부부의사소통 검사를 전영주(2003)가 수정한 부부의사소통 척도를 적 용하여 사전사후 검사를 진행하였고, 음악활동 이후 만족도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과는 다 음과 같다. 노래만들기 활동 이후 가족의 응집력과 적응력은 향상되었다. 특히 아버지는 가 족 응집력에서, 아동의 경우 가족 적응력 점수에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다. 또 한 노래만들기 활동 이후 부부간의 의사소통 점수는 부부 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 증 가하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 가족이 함께 노래를 만드는 활동은 입양가족의 적응력과 응 집력, 그리고 부부간의 의사소통 점수 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 노래만들기를 통한 음악활동이 입양가족의 심리적 적응을 돕기 위한 프로그램 으로서 가치가 있으며 이후 이들을 위한 사후서비스 프로그램의 구성과 개발을 위한 기초 자료로서 의의가 있을 것이다.
The Effect of the Musical Activities based on Song –Writing with Family on Family Adaptability, Family Cohesion, and Communication between Husband and Wife of Adopted Children and Their Family.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether musical activities based on song writing with family affect on the positive family relationship of adoptive children and their family. In this case, five families with adopted children participated in the song writing activity for 8 weeks, and pre - and post - test were conducted. Accordingly, the measurement tools used were family cohesiveness and adaptability scale, communication scale between husband and wife and level of satisfaction. The results of the study are as follows. It was noted that after the song writing, the cohesiveness and adaptability of the family improved. Indeed, it was found that especially for children, family adaptability score increased statistically significantly. In addition, after the song writing, the communication score between husband and wife increased statistically significantly in both couples. The results of this study showed that the activities of the song writing with family had a positive effect on the improvement of the family relationship through the adaptability and cohesion of the adoptive family and the improvement of the communication within the family. These results will be useful as basic data for the future program and development for the many types of families.
