The purpose of this study is to forecast changes in the music therapy training process and to suggest factors for the development of music therapy in Korea. The research process was conducted through the 3rd Delphi process for 20 experts judged to be able to respond appropriately to the research topic. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of changes in music therapy subjects and operation, it was forecast that online/offline education and counseling-related classes will be added. In terms of practice and operation. the expansion of the target group including the general public was forecast. Second, for the developing factors of music therapy, it has been categorized in professionalism, qualification, institutional operation, theory and program, and other areas. Reinforcement of continuous education, promotion of qualification operation and expertise, increase in research, and promotion of music therapy through various channels are mportant. Also, the possibility of change and the degree of important prediction showed a little difference, but the change possibility was forecast to be low compared to the importance. These results will be meaningful as basic data for nurturing professional music therapists by providing professional and practical music therapy training in accordance with social changes, and for establishing a practical plan for the development of domestic music therapy.
